AS A RETURNING CLIENT, YOU'LL ONLY DO THIS ONCE A YEAR. EVERY VISIT, YOU'LL ALSO CONSULT WITH YOUR INJECTOR BEFORE STARTING TREATMENT TO ENSURE WE ACHIEVE THE RESULTS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR FROM A HEALTHY AND INFORMED APPROACH.

AT FBL, WE USE TOPICAL AND INTERNAL MEDICAL GRADE LIDOCAINE TO COMFORTABLY AND PAINLESSLY NUMB OUR CLIENTS FOR FILLER AND WEIGHT LOSS TREATMENTS. THIS TAKES ABOUT 20 MINUTES DURING YOUR VISIT.
ONCE YOU'RE COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO INJECT AND FEEL WELL INFORMED ABOUT YOUR TREATMENT PLAN, YOUR INJECTOR WILL GIVE YOU EXTRA TOOLS TO DISTRACT YOURSELF AND STAY COZY. THE INJECTION PORTION OF YOUR VISIT IS ONLY ABOUT 20 MINUTES. YOUR INJECTOR WILL KEEP A LIGHT HAND AND CHECK IN WITH YOU THRU-OUT TREATMENT TO ENSURE YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY.

How do I know if I'm a good candidate for a service?Come in for a consult and medical clearance to see what treatments best suit your personal needs and goals.

Are injectables painful?Most of our clients report our Injector to be light handed, detailed with mapping, and precise yet quick when injecting product. We also use medical grade numbing cream, and all of our filler injectables come with lidocaine mixed in the syringe as well. Alongside calming tools our injector will provide you, as well as constantly checking in on you, you should have a comfortable and easy experience.

How long will my botox/ filler last?Botox/ Toxins last about 3 months on average. Ask your injector about long lasting tox! Daxxify is a new Tox on the market that is shown to last an average of 9 months. Filler lasts about 1-2 years based on maintenance.

Are you properly Licensed and Certified?Yes! We operate under Dr. Lisa Marie Roy, M.D. in Texas, and she provides us with a wonderful team of Licensed RN's to complete your Annual Medical Clearance. This is mandatory by law in Texas to ensure clients are well informed of any risks associated with treatments prior to consenting to any procedures. Your Injector pursues continued education multiple times a year, and is 6x Certified by MMI under afore mentioned M.D. We undergo hours of training before ever injecting a client.

How long does treatment take?Botox treatments take about 10-20 minutes. Filler treatments take about 20-30 minutes. Weight Loss Injections take about 20-30 minutes. Dissolving takes about 30 minutes. Numbing take about 15 minutes.

What causes filler migration or "pillow face?"Pillow Face, or Filler Migration usually occurs because the client was over-filled with large amounts of filler (more than 10 is heading toward "alot!") This also occurs do to poor product being injected, or poor injection techniques altogether. Our Injector is 6x certified under an M.D. and constantly pursuing ongoing education to keep up with the ever-evolving industry standards of practice.

When do I need to dissolve?With our techniques and high-quality injectable products, you should not see any natural migration occurring for at least 1-2 years. By year 3, had you been scheduling regular maintenance, you may notice some shadowing near the lip corners called a "filler stache." Dissolving is a part of regular maintenance, and should be booked when it occurs to prevent further migration. Some clients like to start fresh every 3-6 years to maintain and keep up with new aesthetic trends. In some cases, either due to the product, techniques used, or client pre/after care, filler may settle into small lumps or migrate past the lip border. In these cases, it is recommended to start fresh and ask your Injector if it needs to be dissolved.

Pre-Treatment Care: How should I prepare for my treatment?For the best results, and the most pain-free experience, begin taking arnica tablets for 24-48 hours before your visit. For 48 hours prior to treatment, avoid alcohol, caffeine, smoking, and any blood thinners. Should you skip this tip, you may experience more discomfort, bruising, swelling, and bumpiness of the treatment site.

After Care: What should I do after my treatment?All treatments: make sure to avoid excessive sweating, excessive sun exposure, kissing, straws, alcohol, caffeine, and smoking for a minimum of 48 hours, and up to 2 weeks for the best results (caffeine, blood thinners, smoking.) Begin to massage any filler 3 days post treatment, as directed by your Injector. For liquid lipo, begin massaging after 24 hours daily for 4 weeks. Tox clients: NO massaging or facials for 2 weeks. Avoid laying down for 3 hours post Tox injections.
