HERE ARE OUR POLICY AGREEMENTS TO HELP KEEP THINGS RUNNING SMOOTHLY <3

Deposit:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and is credited toward your total at checkout. A larger deposit will be required should you like to book multiple treatments. This will allow us to ensure we have ample time for your visit so you don't feel rushed.

 

Annual Clearance:

All clients must complete Annual Medical Clearance with our RN, as required by TX State Law. Check your email from Monarch to submit your Patient Intake Form, then click the “Join This Session” link to meet with the RN. The $50 Med Clearance fee goes to our RN. We will automatically add this on for you prior to your visit should it apply. Should you miss your appointment or cancel late, a new RN fee will apply.

Injector Consult:

An Injector Consult is always required (unless it's a follow up!) and will be added on automatically where it applies. This is so that we have time to answer all of your questions, create or go over your treatment plan, and generally ensure you leave happy with your results and feel well informed prior to treatment and leaving our office. Think of it as an Office Visit charge!

 

Payment:

Your card will be pre-authorized to ensure availability of funds, but your remaining balance is only collected at the time of your appointment. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit, Apple Pay, Tap-To-Pay, cash, and AfterPay (please register before your appointment). All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Adding cards with insufficient funds will result in cancellation of appointment and may also keep you from being allowed to book in the future. 6% service charge for credit and debit cards, 10% service charge for all pay later options.

Late Policy:

We offer a 15-minute grace period. A $50 late fee applies if we can see you the same day. If we can’t accommodate, the full service charge (100% of services booked) will apply and client must reschedule.

 

Reschedules:

Reschedules made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment incur a non-refundable service charge (100% of services booked.) Only 1 reschedule allowed per original appointment. The appointment must be rescheduled within 24 hours, during the same month to transfer full credit. A new Injector Consult and Medical Clearance will be required due to time slots lost. Repeat reschedules will be considered no-show.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment incur a non-refundable and non-transferable charge equal to 100% of the services booked.

 

No Shows:

Non-transferable no-show fee (100% of services booked) will be charged, and client may be blocked from future bookings. Please ensure you’ve provided the correct contact information in your account. Log in on FaceByLeyla.com to ensure you get all of the notifications we send out via text and email.

 

Promos:

Specials are valid only on designated days/months. Full price applies if not booked within the promotion period. Specials cannot be combined or used more than once. New client discounts apply to the first visit only and the lowest-value service.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards must be used within 90 days of purchase.

 

Liquid Lipo Agreement:

Liquid Lipo requires at least 2 sessions, with up to 6 recommended, spaced 4 weeks apart. Proper diet, hydration, and exercise are essential for lasting results.

 

Memberships:

Initial and recurring payments are due on the 1st of each month. A $50 late fee applies to missed payments. Two consecutive missed payments result in a 100% charge of the remaining balance and membership cancellation. A $200 reinstatement fee applies to retrieve remaining credit. Toxins must be booked every 90 days. Filler must be booked every 2 weeks.

 

Other:

Fillers must be used within 14 days of opening, or remaining product will expire and be thrown out. Banked toxins must be scheduled as advised per your Injector. Please pre-book as reminders are not sent out for stored product.
